In Switzerland (where I was born), I worked 12 years in Information Technology as Network & System Engineer and Trainer for banks, universities and the Management Center of St. Gallen.

In 2003 I followed my passion for diving and became a dive instructor in Thailand, where I worked as Cruise Director and General Manager in Southern Thailand.

I joined Khiri Travel in 2008 as Regional Manager Indochina. In this position I oversaw 7 offices in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. In spring 2009, the board of Directors appointed me as Managing Director.

In summer 2011 I relocated to Bangkok where I was in charge of the Kuoni Connect Product and Revenue team in Southeast Asia. In 2012 I was appointed Head of Inbound Operations Asia Pacific and in April 2013 I accepted the extended role of Vice President Operations Asia Pacific.

Since early 2016 I am driving as Senior Vice President leadership at all levels, envision a shared direction, alignment and the overall strategy for GTA’s Customer Service Organization globally. Champion operational excellence and a low effort culture for a highly customer focused, high performing Global Operations team.

I'm married and have a 8 years old daughter. I enjoy leading people, teams and organizations around Asia Pacific, and living and working in multicultural and cross-border environments.
